</p><p style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 25.6px;">에넥스는 지난 7일 자산재평가 결과를 공시했다. 이에 따르면, 당초 장부가액이 409억원이었던 재평가 대상 토지 4곳의 가치가 614억원으로 재평가됐다. 재평가에 따른 차액은 204억원이며, 투자부동산으로 분류된 토지의 재평가차액 등을 반영한 재평가잉여금 증가액은 194억원이다.
